How do shipments work? Do you ship nationwide?

 

Currently, we ship to the 48 contiguous states. Our meal plans offer recurring and flexible deliveries of freshly prepared food customized to fit your dog’s needs. The food arrives in refrigerated and environmentally friendly boxes, perfectly timed to ensure you never run out. You can adjust deliveries online at any time.

 

How do I know if the food is safe to feed when it arrives?

 

If one pack is still partially frozen and all packs are cold to the touch, they’re safe to feed and refreeze!

 

What if I’m not home at the time my box arrives?

 

No worries! Our insulation and dry ice keep your food safe and cold until at least 11 PM on the day of intended delivery.

 

How can I find my tracking information?

 

 We send email notifications with tracking information for each order.

 

How flexible are the deliveries?

 

Very! You can change addresses, rush, delay, or edit the amount of food we send. Once you’re signed up, you can easily make tweaks to your plan online.

 

How environmentally friendly are your deliveries?

 

We prioritize environmental sustainability in our packaging. Our boxes are recyclable, and our insulation comes in two types: one is biodegradable and dissolves under running water, while the other can be recycled curbside with the box. Our food storage containers are biodegradable, and all our packs are made from BPA-free materials and are non-toxic.

 

How do I dispose of the packaging?

 

Your order will arrive in a cardboard box with earth-friendly insulation and either dry ice or cold packs. Dry ice should be left untouched in the box, where it will disappear quickly. Cold packs can be refrozen and reused, or their contents can be safely disposed of down the drain. The empty cold packs and food packs are recyclable with #4 plastics. Our insulation is either biodegradable or recyclable—refer to the liner for disposal instructions.

 

What if my pet doesn’t enjoy the food?

 

In the rare instance that your pet isn’t satisfied with our meals, we’re here to assist. You have the option to try additional recipes, or if necessary, you can request a refund upon donating the food to a shelter.

 

When can I expect my orders to arrive?

 

Once your order is in transit, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor the anticipated delivery date.

 

How will I be billed for my plan?

Can I adjust the delivery date for my next order?

 

Yes, you can easily reschedule your upcoming order in the Subscription tab of your Customer Account. Click here to manage your orders.

 

Can I have my shipment sent to a different address?

 

Certainly! You can update the delivery address for your next order in the Shipping Details section of your Customer Account. Just remember to update your details again if you want subsequent orders to return to your regular address.

 

What should I do if I’m traveling?

 

Feeding your pet Neutra Pet while traveling is convenient. If you prefer, you can change your shipping address in your Customer Account to send food directly to your destination. Alternatively, if you’re traveling with the food, simply rush an order to your home before leaving. It’s best to keep fresh food in an insulated container with ice packs while traveling.
